Position: Store manager(s)

Corporate profile: middle/top-of-the-range jeans for women, men and children. Present throughout the country through resellers and its own stores. A booming company, Le Temps des Cerises has become one of fashion’s essential brands in the 15-30 demographic.

Job description: our store managers must have business and customer relations savvy. The store manager must lead his team with sales and client retention in mind. Entrusted with keeping the brand’s image, the store manager is committed to communicating its values and philosophies to his team and client base.

Under the direct supervision of the regional manager, you are tasked with:

- Managing and motivating a sales team in strict compliance with the company’s commercial policies
– Sales, advising customers, and securing their loyalty
– General store administration (inventory, timesheets)

As we seek to grow our company, we are looking for colleagues with a true love of fashion, undeniable knowledge of jeans and eager to commit to his or her tasks.

Education and experience: BAC+2 in sales (BTS, DUT or equivalent diploma). 3 years experience in a similar position in the field of ready-to-wear. You must be organized, reactive, energetic and have a solid knowledge of the jeans industry and of recent trends. Knowledge of English a plus.
